History

The Trios Group is a national provider of facility and property related services, active across the public and private property sectors, including commercial, health, education distribution, leisure, local authority and retail markets - both on static and multiple site portfolios. We have more than 25 years’ experience of delivering high quality solutions working with our customers using our specialist skills to support their property portfolios and operational teams whilst delivering value for money on emergency, routine, lifecycle or capital replacement requirements.

The group has since developed into a multi-service, national provider of property and facilities solutions, based on the specialist expertise of the established specialist service companies, each offering technical consultancy and delivery in their respective fields.

This progression has enabled us to offer both the depth of experience and the breadth of skills required to satisfy our clients’ demands in a rapidly evolving property marketplace, and we currently deliver a variety of specialist services to over 15,000 commercial properties across the UK; all easily accessible from a single source.

Since 2005, turnover has increased from £18m to £62m in a challenging economic environment, with all profit reinvested in developing market-leading solutions with supporting software, staff training and logistical planning tools.

This consistent and sustainable growth and innovative approach was much admired in the market place and in November 2016 the Group was acquired by the SPIE Group the independent European leaders in engineering services becoming part of SPIE UK supplementing their current service offerings in their Facilities division.
