MML, the Milton Keynes based facilities management provider, has secured a multisite TFM contract with Lloyds Pharmacy Group, owned by Celesio. The new contract is a hybrid managing agent solution, with dedicated M&E services. MML will manage the portfolio and all FM services, along with supply chain, using their 24 hour helpdesk. The contract covers 1,919 locations, which include retail, logistics, residential and support office properties.
The contract will start on the 1st May 2015 for an initial three year period, with a full mobilisation already under way.
Key to the successful bid was the support offered by Triosgroup Plc, who will be a major partner in the teamwork involved within the supply chain. Triosgroup’s innovative solutions enabled MML to deliver the required service alongside verifiable savings – thanks to the re-engineering of delivery solutions.
All Compliance and M&E Reactive and PPM works, as well as statutory testing compliance services, will be delivered by a dedicated team of some 30 technicians, provided by the Triosgroup’s Compliance division based in Cirencester. Trios have worked closely with MML to shape a service that is tailored to the portfolio’s specific needs in terms of visit frequency, technical skills and budgetary requirements. A full reactive M&E backup is part of the support package.
Trios Secure, the Group’s specialist door, auto door and shutter division, will also be part of the supply chain; offering a 24/7 PPM and Reactive service for the doors, auto doors and security shutters within the retail estate.
